FAQ

You can purchase Festival Passes, Day Passes and single event tickets via our Tickets page.

Festival Passes grant access to the complete festival programme from 21 to 23 February 2020. However all Sonic Acts venues have a maximum capacity, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Additional reservation may be required for a select few performances, for which ticket-holders will be notified in advance.

If you bought a Festival Pass or Day Pass, you should exchange your ticket for a wristband and programme brochure at the festival Info Desk. Information about the Info Desks, including locations and opening times, can be found on our Visit page.

Sonic Acts Academy 2020 takes place from 21 to 23 February at Paradiso, De Brakke Grond, Stedelijk Museum and OT301 in Amsterdam. Information about travelling in and around Amsterdam, including between festival venues, can be found on our Visit page.

Most of our festival locations are accessible for visitors in wheelchairs. In case of questions about accessibility, please inform us about your visit and we’ll make sure to provide you with the necessary information and assistance.

Yes. To help make the festival a success we are looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks – from communication and photography to production and hospitality – both before and during the event. Sign up here to be part of our volunteer team.

We are very sorry you won't be able to make it. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide ticket-refunds. However, we would recommend trying to sell your ticket through a reseller platform, unless the event you wanted to visit has personalised tickets only.
